Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Payments
A 50% deposit of the total booking amount is required to secure and confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is payable upon arrival.
All payments must be settled according to the payment terms provided at the time of booking or before arrival. The hotel reserves the right to require payment or a deposit before confirming a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled arrival date: A maximum of 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival: No refund will be provided.
No-shows: No refund will be provided.
Early departure: No refund will be provided for unused nights.
For bookings made through third-party booking platforms, the cancellation and refund conditions stated on the booking confirmation may apply.
